Pole dancing classes are for anyone. Any age, any shape and any size. Pole dancing is a fantastic way to tone up all over your body and lose weight.
Group classes
At Pure Pole our friendly classes are catered for everyone. Our beginners classes are for anybody who has never been to a pole dancing class before and would like to give it a go. We will cover different types of spins and in-between moves so you can build up your own routine. All the spins will help build up muscle tone in your body which will speed up your metabolism and help burn fat. The in-between moves will help build confidence, good posture and co-ordination. We have 6 poles which you may share with other students to give you a rest between moves. If you come with a friend you can share a pole or the pole next to each other.
Routine classes
Routine classes are suitable for anyone who has attended a minimum of 6 Pure Pole group classes. This is a fantastic cardiovascular workout with 1 person per pole. You will learn routines and how to freestyle to your favourite songs. This class will get you fit without you even realising it!
